I was born and raised in Grand Junction, CO, but relocated to Tucson with my husband Butch. We’ve been married for 30 years and have three children: Chad, Chelsie, and Cortnie. Our daughter Cortnie and her husband Lyle have two beautiful boys, Ryker and Tanner. Our daughter Chelsie and her husband Kevin gave us a beautiful new Granddaughter named Addisyn. And our son Chad has recently become engaged to Nicole.
I was raised in the Presbyterian Church in Colorado, but I didn’t seek a personal relationship with the Lord until about 15 years ago. I continue to grow in his word and am always overwhelmed with his love for me.
We’ve lived in Tucson now for 24 years. After we moved here we started attending St. Andrews Presbyterian Church which is where I met Dave & Justine Collins. They taught our kids in Sunday school. When Butch and I heard Dave might start a church we were very interested in being part of that. We both have learned so much these past years from Pastor Dave.
I should also add that my family and I are HUGE BRONCO fans. Butch and I try to attend at least one game a season in Denver (and other places if close by). I like to give Pastor Dave a hard time about him being a Dallas Cowboy fan, but all in fun. GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
