Cutest Dresses Ever!
On Saturday, April 30th, Living Hope had it’s very first “sew-in” to make little dresses to send to girls in Africa. There were a dozen or so sewing machines set up, tables full of lace, ribbon, elastic and fabric, ironing boards, and lines strung around the room to hang the finished dresses on. They turned our beautifully, and there was a lot of excitement in the room about this project. We ran out of time before we met out goal of 50 dresses, so we made up ‘take-home’ packages and sent many home on Sunday. Here are a few pictures to enjoy. Look for this opportunity again very soon! Thank you Jane for organizing the event.
